To shed light on these prospects\, we are proud to present Future You – an extraordinary event aimed at showcasing the diverse range of career opportunities in our industry within marketing\, branding\, sales\, revenue management\, digitalization\, distribution\, hotel management\, and more. \nWe have extended invitations to college graduates in the Oslo region\, as well as students pursuing relevant fields of study in colleges and universities. \nFuture You will comprise an engaging combination of concise and inspirational lectures delivered by prominent young leaders and others in the travel and hotel industry\, who specialise in the aforementioned focus areas. Additionally\, there will be interactive table tops facilitating personal dialogue between representatives from the industry\, domestic and international hotel schools and universities\, and the students. \nBy creating an environment that encourages meaningful conversations and knowledge sharing\, Future You aims to inspire the next generation of professionals in the hotel and travel industry. \nThis new initiative stems from one of the meetings held by the HSMAI Europe National Advisory Board in Norway. We believe this initiative is very much needed in many countries in Europe and we are testing it first in Norway. If we get the results we want we would like to see how we can do similar initiatives in different countries in collaboration with other associations and the industry players. \nWe are living in challenging but exciting times. We have overcome substantial challenges in the past and will certainly overcome those with which we are currently confronted.
