Good news! We just got the information in that one of our very active members in the US, Loren Gray, will be in Amsterdam when we have our event this month. He is a digital expert in the hospitality industry and has a lot of passion and competence about the topic. He often speaks at our events in the US so we invited him to speak at our event too. About Loren Gray, Founder and CEO, Hospitality Digital Marketing Inc

Prior to launching HDM, Mr. Gray was partner, and Vice President of Digital Strategy at one of the top 5 largest agencies in Dallas, TX, where he redefined all internal protocols and created a successful integration of culture and collaboration of all services into one cohesive client-focused strategy, thereby garnering the highest profitability and largest staff in the agency’s history along with its lowest annual staff attrition. Prior to that, he spent 13 years as Director of eCommerce for Ocean Properties Ltd., the fourth largest privately held franchise hotel operator in North America and forty-seventh largest worldwide, where he created and developed its entire Digital Marketing program.
Mr. Gray came through the ranks in the Hospitality industry through Food and Beverage, Hotel Operations, as General Manager of several brand- and non-brand resorts, Regional Sales and Marketing, and ultimately as Director of eCommerce. He has also owned and operated several Hospitality ventures. That operational and revenue management perspective, when added to marketing and technology understanding, has contributed to his ability to educate clients and connect seemly divergent programs into cohesive successful strategies.
Throughout his work history, Mr. Gray has actively participated as a member of several location organizations such as CVBs, TDCs, Chambers of Commerce and industry associations in Houston, TX, Melbourne, FL, Key Largo, FL, Palm Beach, FL, Dallas, TX, and the Caribbean, Canada, Australia and China.
