TOPIC: The New Era of ChatGPT & AI Conversational Bookings in Hospitality
Ingunn Hofseth, President & CEO at HSMAI Europe, will welcome attendees and provide an update about HSMAI Europe activities and projects.
We will start with a presentation from David Byrne from Asksuite, and after the presentation, journalist Gemma Greenwood, will be interviewing David Byrne. Following the interview there will be an interactive discussion with the audience.
The event is open to all hoteliers and hospitality leaders, including non-members interested in experiencing an HSMAI Europe meeting. Vendors must be a member of HSMAI Europe to participate.
We will wrap up the meeting with drinks and networking, providing an opportunity to share and connect with industry colleagues.
