The rapidly evolving MICE landscape presents unique challenges for hotels and hotel chains, including total account management, total revenue optimization, and the IT infrastructure supporting these systems. This session offers a collaborative space to discuss these challenges, uncover new opportunities, and explore how the industry can work towards establishing common standards for MICE data and systems.
This by-invitation-only roundtable will also delve into the topic of Creating a MICE market data culture.
