Join us for an insightful evening about total revenue management at the Park Plaza County Hall London. We have invited a special guest, Anders Johansson to be our speaker and share his insights with us.

Anders Johansson, a renowned expert in hotel revenue management, will introduce and delve into the concept of Profit-Oriented Revenue Management (PORM). Moving beyond traditional revenue metrics, such as occupancy and RevPAR, PORM represents a profound shift in focus toward profitability at every level of operation.

Anders Johansson will discuss the essential components of PORM, including a comprehensive understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and its vital role in optimising profitability. The discussion will also encompass strategies to maximise profits across ancillary services, such as F&B, Spa, and Meeting & Events departments. Recognizing the significance of a hotel’s commercial team in this context, Anders will present ways in which these teams can enhance their productivity, adopt a data-driven approach, and actively contribute to a PORM framework. This presentation will also address the practical application of the flow-through concept in P&L and its impact on various departmental revenues.

This is an unmissable opportunity for hotel revenue managers and other hospitality professionals aiming to future-proof their strategies and operations. Prepare to be inspired and leave with a fresh, profit-oriented perspective on revenue management that you can implement at your own property.
