Sofi Franzén founded the event agency Eventyr in 1995, which is now the largest event agency in the Nordic region due to its merger with Nine Yards. The company currently has 95 employees in Sweden and generates a turnover of 385 million SEK. The pandemic had a significant impact on the industry, and Sofi explains how long-term strategic work helped the company navigate through the crisis and shares insights on the future of the meetings industry.
